缓膨强吸水凝胶颗粒的研发与性能评价

摘要 针对常规凝胶颗粒因吸水膨胀速率过大很难达到地层深部的问题,研发了一种缓膨强吸水凝胶颗粒。为了满足吴452区块调剖耐盐性的需求,在凝胶颗粒中增加抗盐组分2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)。室内正交试验优化得到的配方为:丙烯酰胺质量分数为22.5%,丙烯酸质量分数为2.5%,中和度为60%,AMPS质量分数为0.1%,交联剂甲叉基双丙烯酰胺质量分数为0.05%,引发剂过硫酸铵质量分数为0.05%,十二烷基磺酸钠质量分数为0.10%,黏土质量分数为8.75%。性能评价结果表明,该凝胶颗粒具有很好的缓膨、强吸水和剖面改善能力。最后通过实验对其用量进行了优化。 Aiming at the problem that the water absorption and expansion rate of conventional gel particles is too high and it is difficult to reach the deep formation, a slow expansion and strong water absorption gel particle are developed. In order to meet the needs of profile control and salt tolerance in Wu 452 block, the salt resistant component 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonate(AMPS) was added to the gel particles. The formula optimized by indoor orthogonal experiment is: the acrylamide mass fraction is 22.5%, the acrylic acid mass fraction is 2.5%, the neutralization degree is 60%, the AMPS mass fraction is 0.1%, the cross-linking agent methylidenyl bisacrylamide mass fraction is 0.05%, the initiator ammonium persulfate mass fraction is 0.05%, the sodium dodecyl sulfonate mass fraction is 0.10%, and the clay mass fraction is 8.75%. The performance evaluation results show that the gel particles have good abilities of slow swelling, strong water absorption and profile improvement. Finally, its concentration was optimized through experiments.
