油气管道相邻缺陷三维建模及漏磁场有限元仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 建立了三维相邻缺陷模型并进行有限元仿真分析,对沿管道轴向和周向分布的相邻缺陷的漏磁场进行仿真计算。结果表明,沿管道不同方向分布的相邻缺陷与漏磁场分布相互影响,有限元分析是研究漏磁场分布的有效方法。 A three-dimensional adjacent defect model is established and the finite element simulation(FEM) analysis is carried out to simulate the leakage magnetic field of adjacent defects distributed along the axial and circumferential directions of the pipeline. The results show that the adjacent defects distributed in different directions along the pipeline interact with the distribution of the leakage magnetic field, and the finite element analysis is an effective method to study the distribution of the leakage magnetic field.
