This paper analyzes the group buying mode in the e-commerce industry, and analyzes how it closely follows social needs and grasps consumer psychology. The group buying concept has been introduced into the design and implementation of enterprise training, so as to achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and talents under the background of the "Internet Plus" era.
