摘要
贵州省某金矿含金3 g/t,含砷0.16%,矿石中自然金的存在形式为次显微金和可见的自然金。本研究以该金矿样品为对象,通过浮选、氰化浸出和混汞-浮选工艺流程进行试验。结果表明,经过一粗三扫三精的闭路浮选试验,可获得金品位120 g/t、回收率85%的金精矿。原矿直接氰化浸出,金浸出率可超过93%;低品位浮选精矿(金品位20 g/t)的金浸出率可达90%;高品位浮选精矿(金品位150 g/t)的金浸出率为88%左右,浸渣中金品位较高,为16.92 g/t,说明砷对浸出效果有明显的影响。混汞试验表明,原矿经汞板后,汞金的回收率为42%左右。
A gold mine in Guizhou Province contains 3 g/t gold and 0.16% arsenic,the native gold in the ore exists in the form of submicroscopic gold and visible native gold.This study takes the gold ore sample as the object,and carries out experiments through flotation,cyanide leaching and amalgamation-flotation process.The results show that the gold concentrate with a gold grade of 120 g/t and a recovery rate of 85% can be obtained after a closed-circuit flotation experiment of one coarsening,three sweeping and three refining.The raw ore is directly cyanided and leached,and the gold leaching rate can exceed 93%;the gold leaching rate of low-grade flotation concentrate (gold grade 20 g/t) can reach 90%;the gold leaching rate of high-grade flotation concentrate (gold grade 150 g/t) is about 88%,and the gold grade in the leaching slag is higher,which is 16.92 g/t,indicating that arsenic has a significant impact on the leaching effect.The amalgamation test shows that the recovery rate of mercury-gold is about 42% after the raw ore passes through the mercury plate.
