高效脱氟剂ARSC-YJ02处理含氟含砷选矿废水 被引量:1

摘要 湖南省郴州市某矿产企业选矿废水含有大量氟和砷,本文采用高效脱氟剂对其进行除氟除砷工艺研究。小试结果表明,常温下,调节废水pH=6.5,脱氟剂用量为0.5‰,反应时间为20 min,然后采用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)进行絮凝沉淀,出水氟浓度由28.0 mg/L降低至3.01 mg/L,砷浓度由0.51 mg/L降低至0.043 mg/L。中试结果表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,脱氟剂用量降低至0.4‰时,即可将选矿废水中氟浓度降低至3.59 mg/L,砷浓度降低至0.041 mg/L,满足排放要求,此时吨水处理的药剂成本仅为1.21元。 The beneficiation wastewater of a mining enterprise in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province contains a large amount of fluorine and arsenic,in this paper,a high-efficiency defluorinating agent is used to study the process of removing fluorine and arsenic.The small test results show that at room temperature,the pH of the wastewater is adjusted to 6.5,the amount of defluorination agent is 0.5‰,the reaction time is 20 min,and then polyacrylamide (PAM) is used for flocculation andprecipitation,the fluorine concentration in the effluent is reduced from 28.0 mg/L to 3.01 mg/L,and the arsenic concentration is reduced from 0.51 mg/L to 0.043 mg/L.The results of the pilot test show that when other conditionsremain unchanged and the dosage of defluorination agent is reduced to 0.4‰,the fluorine concentration in the beneficiation wastewater can be reduced to 3.59 mg/L,and the arsenic concentration can be reduced to 0.041 mg/L,which meet the discharge requirements,at this time,the cost of chemicals for ton of water treatment is only 1.21 yuan.
