国内餐厨垃圾提油技术综述

Review on Oil Extraction Technology of Domestic Kitchen Waste

油脂回收是餐厨垃圾处理的关键关节之一,油脂不合理回收容易导致“地沟油”现象,存在严重的食品安全隐患。但若高效提油后进行集中加工处理,则可生产生物柴油、化工原料等资源化产品,不仅实现餐厨垃圾的变废为宝,极大地提高餐厨垃圾处理项目的经济效益,而且能有效防止和杜绝地沟油重回餐桌,保障人民食品安全。本文主要对国内餐厨垃圾提油技术进行分析,并预测其应用趋势。

Oil and grease recovery is one of the key joints of kitchen waste treatment,and unreasonable recovery of oil and grease can easily lead to the phenomenon of "gutter oil",which is a serious food safety hazard.However,if the oil is extracted efficiently and processed centrally,it can produce biodiesel,chemical raw materials and other resource-based products,which will not only turn kitchen waste into treasure and greatly improve the economic benefits of kitchen waste treatment projects,but also effectively prevent and eliminate the return of gutter oil to the table and ensure people’s food safety.This paper mainly analyzes the domestic kitchen waste oil extraction technology and predicts its application trend.
