Investigation Study on Soil Pollution Status of Construction Land in Shantou City

建设用地土壤污染状况调查是土壤环境管理的起点,关乎建设用地准入风险防范的工作底线,保证土壤污染状况调查质量对保障土地安全利用和人居环境安全至关重要。本文基于汕头市建设用地土壤污染状况调查开展情况,对常见问题进行分析并提出对策,以期提升土壤污染状况调查质量,推进建设用地准入管理。

The investigation of soil pollution status of construction land is the starting point of soil environmental management,which is related to the bottom line of risk prevention of construction land access,it is very important to ensure the quality of soil pollution status investigation to ensure the safe use of land and the safety of human settlements.Based on the investigation of soil pollution status of construction land in Shantou City,this paper analyzes the common problems and puts forward countermeasures,so as to improve the quality of soil pollution status investigation and promote the access management of construction land.
