宿迁市工业危险废物防治分析

Analysis on Prevention and Control of Industrial Hazardous Wastes in Suqian City

本文分析了宿迁市工业危险废物产生类别、行业分布及处置情况,探讨了2016—2020年变化趋势,指出了目前存在的主要问题,提出相关建议,为宿迁市危险废物环境管理提供参考。分析结果表明,宿迁市危险废物产生量总体呈现上升趋势,目前,焚烧、填埋及综合利用处置能力尚能满足全市危废处置需求,但宿迁市仍需要进一步加强危险废物处置能力建设,规范危险废物管理,确保危险废物都能得到妥善安全的处置,实现危险废物全过程监管。

This paper analyzes the production category,industry distribution and disposal of industrial hazardous waste in Suqian City,discusses the change trend from 2016 to 2020,points out the main problems currently existing,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for the environmental management of hazardous waste in Suqian City.The analysis results show that the total amount of hazardous waste in Suqian City is on the rise,at present,the incineration,landfill and comprehensive utilization and disposal capacity can still meet the city’s hazardous waste disposal needs,but Suqian City still needs to further strengthen the construction of hazardous waste disposal capacity,standardize hazardous waste management,ensure that hazardous waste can be properly and safely disposed,and realize the whole process supervision of hazardous waste.
