摘要
以尼龙6(PA6)和有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)为原料,通过熔融共混法制备了不同质量分数的PA6/OMMT复合材料,采用热变形维卡软化点温度测定仪等对复合材料的热性能、力学性能和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,OMMT在PA6基体中的分散良好,当OMMT含量为1%~3%时,其以剥离结构形式存在;当OMMT含量≥4%时,体系出现插层结构。OMMT能有效地提高复合材料的维卡软化点和热变形温度,降低熔体流动性能。OMMT能明显提高复合材料的力学性能。当OMMT含量为5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度均达到极大值,然后下降,弯曲强度和弯曲模量随着OMMT含量的增加而提高;当OMMT含量为1%时,断裂伸长率达到极大值,然后显著下降。
Nylon 6(PA6)and organic montmorillonite(OMMT)were used as raw materials to prepare PA6/OMMT composite with different mass fraction by melt blending.The thermal properties,mechanical properties and micromorphology of the composite were investigated by heat distortion and vicat softening temperature apparatus and so on.The results showed that OMMT was well dispersed in PA6 matrix.When the content of OMMT was 1%~3%,it existed in the form of exfoliation structure.When the content of OMMT was greater than 4%,the system appeared intercalation structure.The vicat softening temperature and heat deflection temperature of the composite were increased effectively with the addition of OMMT,while the melt flow ability was decreased.OMMT could improve the mechanical properties of composite.When the content of OMMT was 5%,the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite were reached to a maximum value,and then decreased.The flexural strength and flexural modulus were improved with the increase of OMMT content.The elongation at break was reached to a maximum value when the OMMT content was 1%,and then decreased significantly.
