人类命运共同体理念的国际传播研究综述

A Review of International Communication Research on the Thought of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

人类命运共同体理念作为贡献于全球治理和秩序建设的新方案,一经提出迅速引发国际巨大反响,并迅速成为学术界研究热点。围绕人类命运共同体理念的国际传播研究,呈现出研究数量上升、研究学科扩展、研究内容和视角深化与多元等特征。在关涉人类命运共同体理念国际传播的原因、价值及意义、具体类型与对象的命运共同体理念的国际传播、问题及困境、战略考量与路径选择等方面的研究取得丰硕成果。但也存在“研究的学科交叉性有待深入”“内容不够深入,视角比较有限”“研究宽度不够”“应然研究多,实然研究少”等不足。展望未来,人类命运共同体理念的国际传播研究,首先,要建立多元研究格局和研究范式,构建新型全球传播话语体系;其次,要聚焦传播主体及传播渠道研究,形成国际传播的合力;再次,在根本上夯实国家综合实力,提升国际传播自信力。

As a new scheme contributing to global governance and order building, the thought of a community with a shared future for mankind has quickly aroused a huge response in the world and has quickly become a research hotspot in the academic circles. The research on the international communication of the thought of a community with a shared future for mankind is characterized by an increase in the number of studies, expansion of research disciplines, deepening and diversification of research contents and perspectives. At present, more and more academic research on the international communication of a community with a shared future for mankind appears, with a focus mainly on the reasons, value and significance of it, the international communication of a shared future of specific types and objects, the problems, dilemmas, strategic considerations and path choice of it. But there are still limitations, for example, “the interdisciplinarity of the research needs to be deepened” “the content is not deep enough, and perspectives are relatively limited” “the themes of research are limited” “there are too many empirical studies but few normative studies” and so on. Looking forward, international communication research on the thought of a community with a shared future for mankind needs, first of all, to establish a pluralistic research pattern and research paradigm to construct a new global communication discourse system;second, to focus on the study of communication subjects and communication channels to form the resultant force of international communication;and finally to consolidate fundamentally the country’s comprehensive strength and enhance its confidence in international communication.
