科学基金文化建设,为新时代科学基金事业发展提供思想保证、精神力量、道德滋养。本文系统梳理了科学基金文化的形成和发展过程,总结了科学基金文化的核心内涵,并立足科学基金所肩负的重要历史使命和社会责任,提出了建设新时代科学基金文化的建议和实践路径。

The culture construction of science foundation provides ideological guarantee,spiritual power and moral nourishment for the development of science foundations in China in the new era.This paper systematically combs the formation and development process of science foundation culture,summarizes the core connotation of science foundation culture,analyzes the requirements for the construction of science foundation in the new era,and puts forward suggestions and practical routes for constructing science foundation culture on the basis of the important historical mission and social responsibility of National Natural Science Foundation of China in the new era.
