摘要
为解决传统汽车前照灯系统存在的左右及上下视觉盲区,本文介绍了一款具有随动转向和自适应水平系统功能的汽车前照灯控制器,该控制器由模拟信号采集电路、数字信号输入/输出电路、电机驱动电路、CAN通信电路、信号灯驱动及通信电路、远近光驱动及通信电路等组成。控制器的随动转向功能使用一排LED的亮灭实现,近光灯的上下自动调节功能使用步进电机实现。另外,该控制器还具有自适应驾驶灯光、日行灯、位置灯、转向灯功能,还可通过CAN总线接口实现统一诊断服务诊断、软件程序更新、标定参数量修改、故障记录及采取应对策略等功能。该款控制器通过接收来自车身的CAN总线控制信号,能够较好地执行控制命令,做出包括随动转向、近光上下自动调整、远光暗区形成等响应,并将灯具的故障状态记录并反馈给车身。
In order to solve the blind spots of left, right, up and down vision in the traditional automobile headlamp system, this paper mainly introduces an automobile headlamp controller with the functions of Adaptive Frontlighting System(AFS) and Adaptive Leveling System(ALS). The controller consists of analog signal acquisition circuit, digital signal input/output circuit, motor drive circuit, CAN communication circuit, signal lamp driving and communication circuit, high and low beam driving and communication circuit, etc. The follow-up steering function of the controller is realized by turning on and off a row of LEDs, and the up and down automatic adjustment function of the low beam is realized by stepping motor. In addition, the controller also has the functions of adaptive driving beam(ADB), daytime running light, position light and turn signal light. It can also realize Unified Diagnostic Services(UDS) diagnosis, software program update, calibration parameter modification, fault recording and countermeasures through CAN bus interface. By receiving the CAN bus control signal from the vehicle body, the controller can better execute the control command, make responses including follow-up steering, automatic adjustment of low beam up and down, formation of high beam dark area, etc., and record and feed back the fault status of the lamp to the vehicle body.
