“双碳”目标下的农业低碳发展研究:现状、误区与前瞻

Current Situation,Misunderstandings and Prospects of Agricultural Low-carbon Development Under the Targets of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality

“双碳”目标的实现离不开农业的深度参与,推动农业低碳发展已成为农业经济研究中的一个重要学术前沿。本文从农业低碳发展的基本现状、潜力评估、驱动因素等方面进行了系统梳理,指出了现有研究在农业减缓与适应气候变化、有机农业碳减排效果、小农户减排责任等方面所存在的认识误区。在此基础上,本文讨论了未来研究方向与可拓展的研究领域,认为“双碳”目标下的农业低碳发展研究应聚焦于农业在减缓和适应气候变化上的作用识别、农业碳排放和碳汇测算体系的科学构建、低碳农业认证体系的建立健全以及低碳发展价值的多元实现机制等。

Agricultural low-carbon development is an essential part in the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.To promote agricultural low-carbon development has become an important academic frontier in the research of agricultural economics.This article systematically reviews the basic status, potential assessment and driving factors of agriculture low-carbon development, and points out the misunderstandings in the research on agricultural mitigation and adaptation to climate change, the carbon emission reduction effect of organic agriculture and the emission reduction responsibility of small farmers.On this basis, this article discusses the direction and expanded research areas of future studies.Under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, studies on agricultural low-carbon development should focus on identifying the role of agriculture in mitigating and adapting to climate change, scientifically constructing agricultural carbon emission and carbon sink measurement system, establishing and improving agricultural low-carbon certification system, exploring the effects of service subjects in agricultural low-carbon development, and building the diversified realization mechanism of low-carbon development value.
