数字化赋能新型农业经营体系构建研究——“智农通”的实践与启示

A Study on the Construction of a New Agricultural Management System with Digital Empowerment: Practice and Enlightenment of “Zhinongtong”

加快构建新型农业经营体系,推动小农户和现代农业发展的有机衔接,回答“谁来种地”的问题,是全面实施乡村振兴战略、加快农业农村现代化的必然要求。新时代下实现数字经济与新型农业经营体系的融合发展,构建数字农业经营体系是农业农村与全社会高质量发展的重要内容。本文基于农业现代化转型的必要性和数字经济的发展契机来探讨数字化赋能新型农业经营体系的模式创新,通过深度挖掘数字化赋能新型农业经营体系的内在机理,以“智农通”作为案例分析其在农信平台生态圈体系构建及农业全产业链社会化服务上的数字化创新模式,进一步提出数字化赋能新型农业经营体系的实施路径,从而为实现从新型农业经营体系的数字化转型到农业数字化转型,有效推进农业现代化发展提供有益借鉴。

Accelerating the construction of a new agricultural management system, promoting the organic connection between smallholder farmers and the development of modern agriculture, and answering the question “who will farm” are the inevitable requirements for the full implementation of the Rural Vitalization Strategy and the acceleration of agricultural and rural modernization.In the new era, to realize the integrated development of digital economy and new agricultural management system, and to build a digital agricultural management system is an important part of the high-quality development of agriculture, rural areas and the whole society.Based on the necessity of agricultural modernization transformation and the development opportunity of digital economy, this paper discusses the innovation in the mode of the digital enabled agricultural management system, deeply excavates the internal mechanism of the digital economy enabled agricultural management system, and takes “zhinongtong” as a case to analyze its digital innovation mode in the construction of the ecosystem system of agricultural information platform and the socialized service of the whole agricultural industry chain.This paper further puts forward the implementation path of digital enabling new agricultural management system, so as to provide useful reference for realizing the digital transformation from new agricultural management system to agricultural digital transformation and effectively promoting the development of agricultural modernization.
