血清ESR、ASO、RF联合检测对类风湿性关节炎的诊断价值

Value of serum ESR,ASO and RF detection in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨血清红细胞沉降率(ESR)、抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)、类风湿因子(RF)联合检测对类风湿性关节炎(RA)的诊断价值。方法选取2018年8月至2020年6月周口市第一人民医院收治的63例RA患者,将其纳入RA组,同时选取同时期周口市第一人民医院收治的64例非RA疾病自身免疫病患者,将其纳入非RA组。两组患者均进行血清ESR、ASO、RF水平检测,并分析以上指标在RA临床诊断中的应用价值。结果RA组ESR、ASO、RF水平较非RA组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线结果显示,血清ESR、ASO、RF水平单独及联合预测RA发生的AUC分别为:0.748、0.841、0.836、0.896,均>0.70,诊断效能均较理想,且以联合诊断的价值最高。结论血清ESR、ASO、RF水平联合检测可为临床初步确诊RA提供依据,为实施治疗措施提供一定参考依据,具有极高诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the value of serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),antistreptolysin O(ASO)and rheumatoid factor(RF)detection in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Sixty-three RA patients admitted to Zhoukou First People’s Hospital from August 2018 to June 2020 were included in the RA group,and 64 patients with non RA autoimmune diseases admitted to Zhoukou First People’s Hospital in the same period were included in the non RA group.The serum ESR,ASO and RF levels were detected in both groups,and the value of the above indicators in the clinical detection of RA was analyzed.Results The levels of ESR,ASO and RF in RA group were higher than those in non RA group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve showed that the AUC of serum ESR,ASO,RF levels alone and jointly predicted the occurrence of RA were 0.748,0.841,0.836,0.896,all>0.70,the diagnostic efficiency was ideal,and the value of joint diagnosis was the highest.Conclusions The combined detection of serum ESR,ASO and RF levels can provide basis for the preliminary clinical diagnosis of RA,and provide certain reference for the implementation of treatment measures.It has high diagnostic value and significance.
