摘要
目的检测急性心肌梗死患者血清中自噬相关基因-7(ATG-7)与心电图QRS波时限情况,分析二者的相关性。方法选择2017年1月至2018年6月于河南科技大学第一附属医院心内科收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,按照心电图QRS波时限分为QRS波时限≥110 ms组(n=69)和QRS波时限<110 ms组(n=51),根据随访期间是否发生主要不良心血管事件分为未发生组(n=72)和发生组(n=48)。收集两组患者的一般资料并进行分析;酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中ATG-7水平;Pearson法分析患者QRS波时限与血清ATG-7水平的相关性;分析急性心肌梗死患者血清中ATG-7水平与主要不良心血管事件发生率的关系。结果与QRS波时限<110 ms组相比,QRS波时限≥110 ms组患者血清中ATG-7水平升高(P<0.05),急性肺水肿、恶性心律失常比例增加(P<0.05)。急性心肌梗死患者血清中ATG-7水平与QRS波时限呈正相关(P<0.05)。与QRS波时限<110 ms相比,120 ms≤QRS波时限<130 ms、QRS波时限≥130 ms主要不良心血管事件发生率升高(P<0.05);与110 ms≤QRS波时限<120 ms相比,QRS波时限≥130 ms主要不良心血管事件发生率升高(P<0.05)。与未发生组相比,发生组患者血清中ATG-7水平升高(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者血清ATG-7水平与QRS波时限呈正相关,二者与主要不良心血管事件发生情况关系密切,尽早检测血清中ATG-7水平对于急性心肌梗死具有一定意义。
Objective To detect the level of serum autophagy related gene-7(ATG-7)and QRS duration of electrocardiogram(ECG)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and analyze the correlation between them.Methods AMI patients(n=120)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from Jan.2017 to June 2018.All patients were divided,according to QRS duration,into group of QRS duration≥110 ms(group A,n=69)and group of QRS duration<110 ms(group B,n=51).The patients were also divided into,according to incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during follow-up period,into MACE group(n=72)and non-MACE group(n=48).The general materials were collected and analyzed in 2 groups.The level of serum ATG-7 was detected by using ELISA,and correlation between QRS duration and ATG-7 level was analyzed by using Pearson method.The relationship between level of serum ATG-7 and incidence rates of MACE was analyzed in AMI patients.Results The level of serum ATG-7 increased(P<0.05),and percentages of acute pulmonary edema and malignant arrhythmia increased(P<0.05)in group B than those in group A.The level of serum ATG-7 was positively correlated to QRS duration in AMI patients(P<0.05).The incidence rates of MACE increased in patients with 120 ms≤QRS duration<130 ms or QRS duration≥130 ms compared with those in patients with QRS duration<110 ms(P<0.05).The incidence rates of MACE increased in patients with QRS duration≥130 ms increased compared with those in patients with 110 ms≤QRS duration<120 ms(P<0.05).The level of serum ATG-7 increased in MACE group compared with non-MACE group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum ATG-7 is positively correlated to QRS duration in AMI patients,and they are closely related to incidence of MACE.It is significant for AMI diagnosis to detection as early as possible the level of serum ATG-7.
