摘要
阐述发挥技术的最大效能助力网络舆论的引导,利用算法技术为舆论导向提供困境解析,技术创新对舆论导向的保障,利用算法推荐技术等手段科学地传播主流舆情,从而形成新的舆情导向实效。
This paper expounds how to give full play to the maximum efficiency of technology to help the guidance of network public opinion, how to use algorithmic technology to provide Dilemma Analysis for public opinion guidance, how to ensure the guidance of public opinion by technological innovation, and how to use algorithmic recommendation technology to scientifically disseminate mainstream public opinion, so as to form a new practical effect of public opinion guidance.
