母乳喂养对妊娠期糖尿病妇女产后代谢及胰岛功能影响的研究进展

Progress on effects of breastfeeding on postpartum metabolism and islet function among women with gestational diabetes mellitus

母乳喂养对妊娠期糖尿病妇女产后代谢及胰岛功能的影响已成为目前研究的热点之一。本研究综述了母乳喂养对妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM)妇女产后糖代谢、脂质代谢及胰岛功能的影响,并总结了可能影响GDM妇女母乳喂养的因素,包括母体因素、新生儿因素和人为因素,以及母乳喂养在预防GDM产后进一步进展为2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)方面的作用,进而达到了维护母婴健康的目的。

The effect of breastfeeding on postpartum metabolism and islet function of women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) has become one of the hottest research topics. This paper describes the effects of breastfeeding on glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and islet function of women with GDM after delivery, and summarizes the factors, include: maternal, neonatal, and human factors that might be associated with breastfeeding among women with GDM. It indicates the role of breastfeeding in preventing GDM from progressing to type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) postpartum, and achieves the purpose of maintaining maternal and child health.
