经济新常态下国企预算管理现状与完善措施

The Current Situation and Improvement Measures of Budget Management in State owned Enterprise under the New Economic Normal

随着我国社会经济的不断发展和科学技术的持续进步,我国各行各业呈现出一派蓬勃生机。其中,国有企业表现得尤为突出。作为促进我国经济发展的坚实力量,国有企业与国家整体经济实力有着紧密的联系。但是,随着市场经济的发展,在经济新常态背景下,国有企业受到一些不可抗拒因素的影响,导致预算管理存在一些问题。文章简要概述了经济新常态下国企做好预算管理工作的意义,总结了经济新常态下国有企业预算管理的现状,并提出了具有实践意义的优化意见,旨在增强国有企业预算管理在财务工作中的引导性,保障国有企业在经济新常态下的持续稳定发展。

With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,various industries are showing a lot of vitality in China,especially in state-owned enterprises.As a solid force to promote the economic development,state-owned enterprises have close connection with the overall economic strength in China.However,with the development of market economy and in the context of the new normal economy,state-owned enterprises are affected by some irresistible factors,resulting in some problems in budget management.This paper briefly summarizes the significance of budget management in state-owned enterprises under the new economic normal,introduces the present situation of budget management in state-owned enterprises under the new economic normal,and puts forward some suggestions with practical significance to enhance the guidance of budget management in financial work of state-owned enterprises and to ensure the sustained and stable development of state-owned enterprises under the new economic normal.
