临淮岗洪水控制工程中小型涵闸视频监控系统建设探讨

摘要 为推进临淮岗工程信息化建设,根据临淮岗工程中小型涵闸的实际情况,结合近年来不断发展的电子技术、移动通信技术,提出了适用于中小型涵闸视频监控系统建设的思路,以及信息采集、供电、网络传输、数据存储等关键技术的建设方案,通过试点运行,结果表明:方案的实施能满足视频监控的工作需求。为实现中小型涵闸运行管理信息化,打造“数字临淮岗”奠定基础。 To promote the informatization construction of the Linhuaigang project,according to the actual situation of the small and medium-sized culverts and gates of the Linhuaigang project,combined with the continuous development of electronic technology and mobile communication technology in recent years,the idea for the construction of video surveillance systems for small and medium-sized culverts and gates is put forward,and the construction plan of key technologies such as information collection,power supply,network transmission,data storage,etc.,through pilot operation,the results show that the implementation of the plan can meet the work requirements of video surveillance.It lays the foundation for realizing the informatization of the operation and management of small and medium-sized culverts and gates and creating a"Digital Linhuaigang".
