摘要 简述了无人机航测和卫星遥感的基本特点,对新技术与传统监测方法进行了比较,阐述了无人机航测在长江河道监测中的作业流程和卫星遥感在河道管理中的应用,并结合具体实例,论证了新技术在长江河道测绘、河势分析和抢险救灾中的重要作用和价值,该技术方法为推进数字孪生流域建设、全面实现“十四五”水利信息化提供了新的思路和方法。 The basic characteristics of UAV aerial survey and satellite remote sensing are briefly described in this paper, the new technology are compared with the traditional monitoring methods, and the operation process of UAV aerial survey in Yangtze River channel monitoring and the application of satellite remote sensing in river channel management are expound, and the important role and value of the new technology in Yangtze river channel surveying and mapping, river regime analysis and disaster relief are demonstrated combined with specific examples. This technique provides a new idea and method for promoting the construction of digital twin watershed and overall realizing the water conservancy informatization in the 14th Five-year Plan.
