摘要
本文根据教育部发布《关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0的意见》为指导,采用以整校推进为目的的混合式研修新模式,通过示范项目以点带面,开发以项目为单位的系列微课,创建利用微课,采用线上培训完成教师信息技术能力提升,通过培训基本实现“三提升一全面”的总体发展目标:校长信息化领导力、教师信息化教学能力、培训团队信息化指导能力显著提升,全面促进信息技术与教育教学融合创新发展。
Guided by the“Opinions on the Implementation of the National Information Technology Application Ability Improve-ment Project 2.0 for Primary and Secondary School Teachers”issued by the Ministry of Education,this paper adopts a new mixed research model with the purpose of promoting the whole school.Through the demonstration project from point to area,a series of micro-lectures are developed with the project as the unit,and micro-lectures are created.Online training is used to improve teachers’information technology ability.Through training,the overall development goal of“three improvements and one comprehensiveness”is basically achieved.Namely,the informatization leadership of principals,the informatization teaching ability of teachers and the infor-matization guidance ability of training teams are signifi cantly improved,and the integration and innovation development of informa-tion technology and education and teaching are comprehensively promoted.
