摘要
在国家启动“强基计划”背景下,基于中国大学生物理学术竞赛及其“自主研究+辩论交流”的模式,开展系列物理教育教学改革,构建了“一体多维二元融合”的CUPT模式拔尖人才综合素质培养体系.组建CUPT创新团队和实验室,开设创新实验项目和思辨课程,建立回归第一课堂的CUPT教学模式及学习评价标准,充实“强基计划”培养方案.实践成效显著,学生的综合素质得以协调发展,同时也形成了教育理念先进的教师队伍,丰富了教育教学资源,全方位实现了物理教育教学在“培养理念、培养体系、教学氛围”3个层面的改革创新.
Under the background of Pilot Reform Program of Enrollment for Basic Subjects proposed by Ministry of Education,and based on CUPT and its mode of independent research and debate communication,a series of physics education and teaching reforms had been carried out.A comprehensive quality training system of top-notch talents in CUPT mode,involving one body,multi dimension and binary fusion,had been constructed.Moreover,the CUPT innovation team and laboratory had been set up to enrich the training program of the Strong Foundation Program,including the selection of innovative projects and speculative courses,and the establishment of learning evaluation criteria for the CUPT teaching model of returning to the first classroom.The results showed that the practical effect was remarkable,and the comprehensive quality of the students developed harmoniously.At the same time,a team of teachers with advanced educational concepts had been formed,the educational and teaching resources had been enriched,and the reform and innovation of physics education and teaching in“training concept,training system and teaching atmosphere”had been realized.
