中西医结合治疗难治性胃食管反流病的优势

Exploration on the Superiorities of Integrative Medicine for Treating Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病(GERD)作为消化科常见病,具有高发病率、全年龄层覆盖、病因复杂等特点。尽管质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)是GERD的首选治疗药物,但是高达30%患者对足量PPIs治疗应答较差,表现为难治性GERD(rGERD)。在西医客观证据和中医病证结合思想的指导下,中西医结合治疗可弥补单纯抑酸疗法对rGERD弱酸、非酸反流以及功能性胃肠病重叠症状等治疗的不足,具有提高治疗有效率,减轻长期服用PPIs所致不良反应,降低疾病复发率等优势。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common disease in Gastroenterology Department,which has the characteristics of high incidence,covering all ages groups,and complex etiology.Although proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)are the first treatment choice for GERD,up to 30%of patients are refractory to treatment with a poor response to full dose therapy(refractory GERD,rGERD).Under the guidance of the objective evidence of Western medicine and the thought of combining symptoms and syndromes of Chinese medicine,integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment can make up for the deficiency of suppressive therapy alone,weak acid and non-acid reflux of rGERD and overlapping symptoms of functional gastrointestinal diseases.It improved the treatment efficiency.Adverse reactions caused by long-term use of PPIs could be reduced.And its recurrence rate were also reduced.
