Exploration and Experience of the CPC’s Political Construction in the Early Days of New China

政治建设是中国共产党加强自身建设的优良传统和政治优势。新中国成立后,中国共产党以维护党中央权威和党的团结为核心,加强党的集中统一领导;以共同的政治目标为导向,确保党的正确政治方向;以强化监督整顿为抓手,营造良好的党内政治生态;以规范管理为手段,提高党员干部的政治能力。政治建设的一系列举措改进了党对国家政权的领导,为社会主义革命和建设提供了强大保障,也积累了丰富的经验,即开展政治建设要以政治实践中存在的问题为导向、始终坚守人民立场、把政治建设与党的其他建设有效融合。

Political construction is the fine tradition and political advantage of the CPC in strengthening its own construction.After the founding of New China,the CPC strengthened the centralized and unified leadership of the Party with the core of safeguarding the authority of the Party Central Committee and the Party’s unity,guided by the common political goal to ensure the correct political direction of the Party,strengthened supervision and rectification as the starting point to create a good inner party political ecology,and improved the political ability of Party members and cadres through standardized management.A series of political construction measures have improved the Party’s leadership over the state power,provided a strong guarantee for the socialist revolution and construction,and also accumulated rich experience.That is,political construction should be oriented by the problems existing in political practice,always adhere to the people’s position,and effectively integrate political construction with other party construction.
