成型参数及激光脉冲形式对典型生物质燃料激光诱导击穿光谱测量的影响研究

Effect of sample preparation and laser configuration for typical biomass measurement by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

摘要 针对不同生物质性质差异较大的问题,利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术,探究了激光脉冲形式和成型参数对玉米芯、松木屑、稻壳、木屑四类常见的生物质样品光谱数据的影响。实验结果表明:经过研磨筛分预处理后的生物质样品光谱数据更为稳定;双脉冲激光可以提高未经预处理生物质的检测能力;在其他参数不变的情况下,不同生物质样品的最佳检测参数存在明显差异,单脉冲情况下制样压力不宜超过20 MPa,双脉冲情况下最佳参数出现在25~30 MPa。 In view of large difference in properties of different biomass,the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technique was used to explore the influence of laser configuration and molding parameters on the spectral data of four common biomass samples:corncob,pine sawdust,rice husk,and sawdust.The experimental results show that the spectral data of biomass samples pretreated by grinding and sieving are stable,while the detection sensitivity of unpretreated biomass can be strengthened by double-pulse laser.The optimal detection parameters of different biomass samples are significantly different when other parameters are kept fixed.The sample preparation pressure should not exceed 20 MPa in the case of single pulse,and the optimal parameter appears in 25~30 MPa in the case of double pulse.
