国家开展特殊儿童的家庭教育意义重大。其一,开展特殊儿童的家庭教育具有迫切的现实意义,对扩大特殊儿童教育场域、加快特殊教育发展、促进社会文明进步具有积极作用;其二,开展特殊儿童的家庭教育促使《残疾人教育条例》完善家庭教育内容,促使《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》填补早期干预空白,促使《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》体现特别扶助的原则;其三,开展特殊儿童的家庭教育能促进残疾儿童的缺陷矫正、有序开展家校合作、保障因材施教,从而提高特殊教育效益。

It is of great significance for the state to carry out education for the families of special needs children A major benefit is the positive effect it will have on expanding and promoting the development of special needs education and promoting and enhancing social wellbeing for special children and overall development of an accepting society.These interventions will be carried out in accordance with a number of policies namely the People with Disabilities Education Regulations which will improve the content of special needs family education;the Maternal and Infant Health Care Law of the People’s Republic of China will be promoted to fill in the gaps in early intervention;the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China which reflects the principle of special assistance to those in need.Another benefit of family education is interventions aimed at training the special needs of disabled children,enable systematic cooperation between home and school,and ensure the teaching of students in accordance with their aptitude,thus improving the efficiency of special education.
