县域儿童家庭抗逆力与父母养育压力的关系--祖辈参与儿童照料会有影响吗?

The Relationship between Family Resilience and Parenting Stress in County Families with Children--Does Grandparental Involvement in Child Care Make a Difference?

在家庭教育日趋重要的背景下,本文基于家庭抗逆力理论,通过对8905个县域儿童家庭进行分析,探讨家庭抗逆力与父母养育压力之间的相关性以及祖辈参与儿童照料对这一相关性的影响。研究发现,县域地区家庭在遭遇抚育困境时,家庭抗逆力越高的家庭,父母的养育压力越低,即家庭抗逆力对父母养育压力有一定缓解作用。但是,在有祖辈参与儿童照料的家庭,这种缓冲作用显著减小。祖辈参与儿童照料会加重父辈养育压力。自身的心理调节以及社会支持性服务有助于缓解父母的养育压力,但更重要的是对普惠型儿童托管以及家庭支持性服务的倡导,以促进全国性家庭抚育政策的制定与实施。

Against the backdrop of the increasing importance of family education,this paper explores the association between family resilience and parenting stress and the effect of grandparental involvement in childcare on this association through an analysis of 8,905 county families(families residing in a county-level jurisdiction)with children based on family resilience theory.The study found that the higher the family resilience,the lower the parenting stress for families when experiencing parenting difficulties,i.e.family resilience had a mitigating effect on parenting stress.However,this buffering effect is significantly reduced in families with grandparents involved in childcare.Grandparental involvement in childcare increases parenting stress.Self-directed psychological adjustment and social support services help to alleviate parenting stress,but it is more important to advocate for inclusive childcare and family support services in order to facilitate the development and implementation of a national family nurturing policy.
