电加热板加热法测定水中高锰酸盐指数研究

摘要 为解决国标酸性高锰酸钾滴定法测定水中高锰酸盐指数加热时间长、上样数量少、起始时间难判断、试验过程观察不直观的问题,在环境温度26℃下使用电加热板替代水浴锅进行加热,设定200℃加热7min,可高效准确测定水中高锰酸盐指数。加热时间由30min缩短为7min,上样数量由6个增加到12个,起始时间明确,试验过程易观察。电加热板加热法大幅度提高了试验效率,并使得试验过程更加直观,试验条件更加可控。 In order to solve the problems of national standard acid potassium permanganate titration in the determination of permanganate index in water,such as long heating time,small number of samples,difficult to judge the starting time and non intuitive observation in the test process.Using electric heating plate instead of water bath for heating at ambient temperature of 26℃and heating at 200℃for 7 min can efficiently and accurately determine permanganate index in water.The heating time is shortened from 30 min to 7 min,the number of samples is increased from 6 to 12,the starting time is clear,and the test process is easy to observe.The electric heating plate heating method greatly improves the test efficiency,makes the test process more intuitive and the test conditions more controllable.
