Temporal and Spatial Differences of Agricultural Eco-efficiency in the Yellow River Basin

摘要 通过构建指标体系,运用DEA模型和变异系数法测度黄河流域农业生态效率及其空间差异。结果表明:从静态分析,2020年黄河流域整体农业生态效率集中体现在各地区之间资源配置与农业规模的差异。其中,纯技术效率仅山西和甘肃未达到有效状态,规模效率仅山西、山东和宁夏未达到有效状态,其余省区均为有效状态。从动态分析,2011—2020年黄河流域农业生态效率基本处于增长态势,源于技术进步优势。不同地理分区农业生态效率表现为上下游高、中游低,区域差异先增后减。提出建议:注重“因时制宜、因地制宜”,积极推动现代化新型农业发展,促进农业生态效率区域协同发展。 By constructing index system,DEA model and variation coefficient method were used to measure agricultural eco-efficiency and its spatial difference in Yellow River Basin.The results show that:from the static analysis,the overall agricultural eco-efficiency of the Yellow River Basin in 2020 mainly presented the differences of resource allocation and agricultural scale among different regions.Among them,only Shanxi and Gansu did not achieve effective pure technical efficiency state,only Shanxi,Shandong and Ningxia did not achieve effective scale efficiency state,other provinces and regions are in effective state.From the dynamic analysis,the agricultural eco-efficiency of the Yellow River Basin basically showed an increasing trend from 2011 to 2020,which is due to the advantage of technological progress.In different geographical regions,the agricultural eco-efficiency was higher in the upper and lower reaches and lower in the middle reaches,and the regional difference increased first and then decreased.The following suggestions are put forward:pay attention to“adapting measures to local conditions”,actively promote the development of modern and new agriculture,and promote regional coordinated development of agricultural ecological efficiency.
