摘要
本研究采用3种不同酸体系对土壤样品进行前处理,用原子吸收光谱法测定其中铜和铅的含量。结果表明,高氯酸体系加热消解法基本可以完全消解土壤样品,但高氯酸易爆炸,危险性较高;双氧水体系加热消解法对土壤中铜和铅提取充分,同时安全性较好;王水体系加热消解法对土壤中铅和铜的检测结果较低,但所用酸的用量和种类少。
Digestion method is the key step to affect the results accuracy of detection of heavy metal in soil.Three different digestion methods are used to pretreat the soil samples.The content of two elements such as Cu and Pb in soil is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that:the soil sample can be completely digested by perchloric acid heating digestion method,perchloric acid is explosive and dangerous.The hydrogen peroxide heating digestion method can extract Cu and Pb in soil more entirely,and it is more safe.The detection results of aqua regia heating digestion method for Cu and Pb in soil are low,but the type and amount of acid used are less.
