甘谷县巩川流域水土保持示范建设工程是天水市在“十四五”期间,按照“因地制宜、综合治理、夯实基础、助推产业、振兴乡村”的发展思路,配套实施以“水、路、林、田、草、坝、窖”等为主的水土保持措施,建立集水蓄水示范区、沟道治理示范区、田间道路示范区、农田改造示范区、林草保护示范区、护坡护堤示范区和产业带动示范区等“七大区域”,进一步加强水土保持,改善生态条件,助推产业发展,巩固脱贫成效,实现群众稳定增收致富。

The water and soil conservation demonstration construction project in Gongchuan basin of Gangu County is in accordance with the development idea of"adjusting measures to local conditions,comprehensive treatment,consolidating the foundation,boosting industry and revitalizing the countryside",supporting the implementation of water and soil conservation measures focusing on"water,road,forest,field,grass,dam and cellar",and the establishment of"seven areas"such as water collection and storage demonstration area,gully treatment demonstration area,field road demonstration area,farmland transformation demonstration area,forest and grass protection demonstration area,slope and dike protection demonstration area and industry driven demonstration area during the 14th Five Year Plan period.It will further strengthen water and soil conservation,improve ecological conditions,boost industrial development,consolidate the results of poverty eradication,and achieve stable income growth and prosperity for the people.
