数字乡村建设是全面推进乡村振兴的关键环节,是构建数字中国的迫切需要,是落实数字中国战略的重要内容。数字乡村建设以数据要素赋能推动农村数字化生产力解放和发展,以平台化经济的组织形式推动农村生产关系变革,以乡村治理数字化转型推动农村上层建筑调整。在实践层面,为高质量推进数字乡村建设,应当加快完善数字乡村建设体制机制和农村数字基础设施建设,促进数字乡村建设主体协同合作。

The construction of digital village is a key link to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,an urgent need to build a digital China,and an important content to implement the digital China strategy.The construction of digital village promotes the liberation and development of rural digital productivity with the empowerment of data elements,promotes the transformation of rural production relations with the organizational form of platform economy,and promotes the adjustment of rural superstructure with the digital transformation of rural governance.At the practical level,in order to promote the construction of digital village with high quality,we should speed up the improvement of the system and mechanism of digital village construction,the construction of rural digital infrastructure,and promote the cooperation among the main bodies of digital village construction.
