金铁美强创:黄炎培职教育人理念的传承与创新探究——以南京工业职业技术大学育人育才一体化实践为例

Character Building of"Nobility,Discipline,Image,Skills and Innovation":Inheritance and Innovation of Huang Yanpei's Vocational Education Concepts--A Case Study of Integrated Talents Cultivation in Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology

对于职业教育如何育人,黄炎培先生有很多深邃的论述。南京工业职业技术大学按照创造性转化、创新性发展的思路,将历史传承与时代之需有机结合,在传承“金的人格”“铁的纪律”的基础上,提出“美的形象”“强的技能”“创的精神”,熔铸以“金铁美强创”为特质的育人目标与内涵,形成回答“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”根本问题,落实“五育并举”总要求的校本方案,在育人实践中对黄炎培职教育人理念进行了传承与创新。

Huang Yanpei has made many enlightening expositions on how to cultivate people in vocational education.From the perspective of creative transformation and innovative development,combining historical inheritance with the needs of the times organically,and on the basis of"noble personality"and"disciplined characters",this paper proposes the addition of"pleasant image","strong skills"and"innovative spirit",which enriches the educational goals and connotations with the character building of"nobility,discipline,image,skills and innovation".A specific plan is put forward to answer the fundamental questions of"what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom"so as to make the general requirement of"allround education"implemented and Huang Yanpei's concept of vocational edu⁃cation inherited and innovated in the educational practice.
