“两个确立”是党的十八大以来党的全部理论与实践得出的历史结论,具有决定性意义。对“两个确立”的决定性意义可以从多个维度进行认识。从理论维度看,“两个确立”是无产阶级政党的基本原则;从历史维度看,“两个确立”是党的百年奋斗历史经验的总结;从现实维度看,“两个确立”是统筹“两个大局”的现实需要;从政治维度看,“两个确立”是党百年奋斗的历史自觉。

The"Two Establishments"is a historical conclusion drawn from all the theories and practices of the Party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is of decisive signifi⁃cance.The decisive significance of the"Two Establishments"can be understood multi⁃dimensionally:From the theoretical perspective,it is the basic principle of the proletarian Party;from the historical perspective,it is a summary of the historical experience of the Party's hundred years of struggle;from the perspective of reality,it is the practical need of coordinating the"Two Overall Situations";and from the political dimension,it is the historical consciousness of the Party's centennial struggle.
