摘要
课程建设是高职婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业建设的核心内容,探索“金课”建设路径可以加快推动专业课程体系优化升级、促进专业内涵建设、全面提升人才培养质量。针对课程内容陈旧、师资力量匮乏、教学资源不完备、教学策略需优化的现实困境,从教师、教材、教法改革出发,提出构建“岗课赛证”融通的课程内容、践行思政育人理念、开展混合式教学、打造“医育结合”的教师队伍、建设优质课程资源等建设思路,打造新时代“金课”,让高阶性、创新性和挑战度成为本专业“金课”的显著特征。
Curriculum construction is the core content of the specialty of infant edu⁃care service and management in higher vocational colleges.Exploring the construction path of"golden curriculum"can accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the professional curriculum system,promote the construction of professional connotation,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.In view of the practical dilemma of outdated curriculum content,insufficient teachers,incomplete teaching resources,and the need to optimize teaching modes and methods,the research on the construction path of the golden class of infant care service and management specialty was carried out.Starting from the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,it puts forward the construction ideas of curriculum content combining"post course competition certificate",practicing the concept of ideological and political education,carrying out blended teaching,building a team of teachers combining"medical education",and building high⁃quality curriculum resources.To build the"golden course"in the new era,and make"advanced,innovative and challenging"the salient features of the"golden course"in this major.
