中厚煤层复合顶板切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷开采方法实践

Practice of Self-roadway Mining Method Without Coal Pillar for Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief of Composite Roof in Medium Thick Coal Seam

麦地掌煤矿以往采用留设煤柱开采方式,存在巷道围岩变形大、资源浪费、掘巷和返修成本高等问题。以1206工作面回风顺槽及切眼为研究对象,设计采用“切顶卸压+恒阻大变形锚索支护”方案,实现了高瓦斯中厚煤层复合顶板切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷开采方法,留巷效果理想,经济效益显著。

In the past,Maidizhang Coal Mine adopted the mining method of setting coal pillar,which had some problems,such as large deformation of roadway surrounding rock,waste of resources,high cost of roadway excavation and repair,and so on.Taking the return air trench and hole cutting of the 1206 working face as the research object,the scheme of"roof cutting and pressure relief+constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable support"is designed to realize the mining method of roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar in high gas and medium thick coal seam.The effect of retaining the roadway is ideal and the economic benefit is remarkable.
