摘要
针对成庄矿5316工作面煤岩体松软破碎情况,为了保障撤架通道的安全稳定,优选了撤架通道布置方式,合理设计了撤架通道顶部和煤帮支护方式和参数。实践表明,采用优化支护方案后,锚杆锚索受力均小于破断载荷,顶板离层量均在安全范围内,撤架通道两帮变形量最大值为118 mm,顶底板移近量最大值为98 mm,有效控制了撤架通道破碎煤岩体的变形破坏。
In view of the soft and broken situation of coal and rock body in the 5316 working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine,in order to ensure the safety and stability of the withdrawal channel,the layout mode of the withdrawal channel is optimized,and the support methods and parameters at the top of the removal channel and coal side are reasonably designed.The practice shows that after adopting the optimized support scheme,the force of the anchor cable is less than the breaking load,the separation of the roof is within the safe range,the maximum deformation of the two sides of the withdrawal channel is 118 mm,and the maximum displacement of the roof and floor is 98 mm,which effectively controls the deformation and failure of the broken coal and rock body in the withdrawal channel.
