综采工作面切眼水力压裂放顶研究与实践

摘要 针对竹林山煤业煤层顶板坚硬、垮落困难的问题,采用水力压裂技术对1404综采工作面切眼顶板进行放顶。设计了3种不同型号共计39个压裂孔,计算致裂压力为31.0 MPa,选用了最大压力可达62.0 MPa、流量为80 L/min的高压注水泵进行压裂实践,取得了良好的压裂效果。 Aiming at the problem of hard roof and difficult collapse of coal seam in Zhulinshan Coal Industry,hydraulic fracturing technology is used to caving the hole-cutting roof of the 1404 fully mechanized mining face.A total of 39 fracturing holes of 3 different types were designed.The fracturing pressure is calculated to be 31.0 MPa,and a high pressure water injection pump with a maximum pressure of 62.0 MPa and a flow rate of 80 L/min is selected for fracturing practice,and a good fracturing effect is obtained.
