摘要
针对保利能源平山煤业南、北风井区域空气动力性噪声、压缩机电磁噪声、阀门涡流噪声排放不达标、环保问题突出等现状,提出了基于声源处、传播过程处多位一体的多元化改造防治技术,通过更换隔声门窗,在排气装置四周设置隔声墙和隔声屏障,在排气管道出口安装阻抗式排气消声器等措施,风井站区4个噪声监测点最大噪声从80 dB(A)降低到60.1 dB(A),平均噪声从72.9 dB(A)降低到55.6 dB(A),满足了相关规定要求。
In view of the present situation of aerodynamic noise,compressor electromagnetic noise,valve eddy current noise emission substandard and environmental protection problems in the south and north wind shaft area of Baoli Energy Pingshan Coal Industry,a diversified transformation and prevention technology based on sound source and propagation process is put forward.By replacing sound insulation doors and windows,installing sound insulation walls and sound barriers around the exhaust device,and installing impedance exhaust mufflers at the outlet of the exhaust pipe.The maximum noise of the four noise monitoring points in the wind well station is reduced from 80 dB(A)to 60.1 dB(A),and the average noise is reduced from 72.9 dB(A)to 55.6 dB(A),which meets the relevant requirements.
