摘要 针对东瑞煤业2101煤巷综掘面采用“喷雾降尘+除尘器集尘”的除尘方式,除尘效率偏低、巷道能见度低等情况,设计了智能综掘面高效泡沫除尘技术。实践结果表明:设备智能化水平高,呼尘平均降尘率为82.9%,全尘的平均降尘率为88.5%,巷道能见度较好,有利于井下工作人员施工作业。 In view of the fact that the dust removal mode of"spray dust reduction+dust collector"is adopted in the fully mechanized face of the 2101 coal roadway in Dongrui Coal Industry,the dust removal efficiency is low and the visibility of the roadway is low,the high efficiency foam dedusting technology of intelligent fully mechanized mining face is designed.The practice results show that the intelligent level of the equipment is high,the average dust reduction rate of exhaled dust is 82.9%,the average dust reduction rate of total dust is 88.5%,and the roadway visibility is good,which is beneficial to the construction work of underground workers.
