摘要
姚桥矿7704工作面拆除期间受断层构造带影响,部分区域架顶煤体破碎漏顶形成多处高冒区,且所采煤层属自燃煤层(Ⅱ类),回撤准备期间高冒区内煤体氧化加剧,CO气体浓度迅速升高。常规聚氨酯类充填材料反应放热量大,且材料本身不阻燃,易燃烧。普瑞特Ⅱ型防灭火材料采用创新型技术,可实现常温自发泡,常温充填固化。现场应用后高冒区得到快速高效充填,煤体氧化得到有效控制,CO气体浓度有效降低,保证了工作面的安全回撤。
Due to the influence of fault structural zone during the demolition of the 7704 working face in Yaoqiao Coal Mine,several high caving areas were formed when the roof was broken and leaked in some areas,and the coal seam belonged to spontaneous combustion coal seam(typeII).During the withdrawal preparation period,the oxidation of coal in the high caving area intensified and the concentration of CO gas increased rapidly.The conventional polyurethane filling material has a large reaction heat release,and the material itself is not flame retardant and easy to burn.Pritt II fire prevention and extinguishing material adopts innovative technology,which can realize spontaneous foaming at room temperature,filling and curing at room temperature.After field application,the high caving area is filled quickly and efficiently,the oxidation of coal is effectively controlled,and the concentration of CO gas is effectively reduced,which ensures the safe withdrawal of the working face.
