摘要
为了提高防治煤自燃的效率,开发了一种高稳定性泡沫凝胶。通过溶液倾斜法、徕卡显微镜和灭火实验,研究了高稳定性泡沫凝胶的成胶时间、微观结构和灭火特性,优选了适宜的成胶体系,阐明了高稳定性泡沫凝胶的防灭火机理。实验结果表明,高稳定性泡沫凝胶的气泡直径小且稳定,具有理想的灭火效果。现场应用表明,高稳定性泡沫凝胶可以有效降低矿井总回风流中CO浓度,应用效果显著。
In order to improve the efficiency of preventing coal spontaneous combustion,a kind of foam gel with high stability was developed.The gelling time,microstructure and fire extinguishing characteristics of high stability foam gel were studied by solution tilting method,Leica microscope and fire extinguishing experiment,the suitable gel forming system was optimized,and the fire prevention and extinguishing mechanism of high stability foam gel was clarified.The experimental results show that the bubble size of high stability foam gel is small and stable,and it has ideal fire extinguishing effect.The field application shows that the foam gel with high stability can effectively reduce the concentration of CO in the total return air flow in the mine,and the application effect is remarkable.
