改进的葡式樊式法测定煤的适运水分极限研究

Study on the Determination of Suitable Transport Moisture Limit of Coal by Improved Portuguese Fan Method

《国际海运固体散装货物规则》修正案中增加了针对煤炭的改进方法。该方法的煤炭粒度适用范围扩大到50 mm,相较于之前的流盘法、插入度法及葡式樊式法适用范围更广,更符合动力煤运输实际。根据改进的葡式樊式法,测定了几种动力煤的适运水分极限,总结了试验过程的注意事项。

An improved method for coal has been added in the amendment to the“International Code for Solid Bulk Cargoes by Sea”.The applicable scope of coal particle size of this method is extended to 50 mm,which is more applicable than the previous flow plate method,insertion method and Portuguese Fan method,and is more in line with the actual transportation of thermal coal.According to the improved Portuguese Fan method,the suitable moisture limits of several kinds of thermal coal are determined.The matters needing attention in the experimental process are summarized.
