塔山煤矿商品煤质量稳定率仅为62.86%,主要影响因素为监督管理有缺陷、源头控制不好、落地煤质量波动大、数据信息反馈慢。基于以上原因,针对性提出了优化改进措施,商品煤质量稳定率提高至88.48%,每年可为企业创造经济效益28990万元。

The quality stability rate of commercial coal in Tashan Coal Mine is only 62.86%.The main influencing factors are defects in supervision and management,poor source control,large fluctuation of landing coal quality and slow data feedback.Based on the above reasons,optimization and improvement measures are put forward,and the stable rate of commercial coal quality is increased to 88.48%,which can create economic benefits of 289.9 million yuan for enterprises every year.
