医教背景下教学反馈评价实施现状的定性分析

摘要 目的:定性分析国内医学教育中教学反馈评价的实施现状及发展趋势。方法:以2016年1月—2021年12月为检索时限,以“教学反馈评价”“评价与反馈”“反馈式教育法”及“teach-back”为主题检索词,系统检索知网、万方、维普等国内公开数据库的研究论文,进行定性分析。结果:与传统教学模式相比,教学反馈评价在交互性、灵活性、兼容性方面展现出显著优势,且近年来呈现渠道多样化、主体多元化、指标系统化的发展趋势。结论:在确保实时性和有效性的前提下,教学反馈评价法在医学教育中有较好的应用前景,但仍需解决部分技术问题。 Objective:To qualitatively evaluate the implementation status and development trend of the teach-back method in domestic medical education.Methods:Limiting the time of publication from January 2016 to December 2021 and setting teaching feedback evaluation,evaluation and feedback,feedback education method and teach-back as the theme words,the research papers in domestic public databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu were systematically searched.Qualitative analysis was conducted consequently.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the teach-back evaluation shows significant advantages in interactivity,flexibility and compatibility,and presents a development trend of channel diversification,subject diversification and index systematization in recent years.Conclusion:Under the premise of ensuring real-time performance and effectiveness,the teach-back method has good application prospects in medical education,but some technical problems must still be solved.
