Design Innovation of Stacking Guidance Container Spreader

为了实现集装箱堆场内集装箱快速、整齐的堆放,减少集装箱堆垛时产生的偏差,在集装箱吊具左右两端新增了堆垛导引机构,形成堆垛导引集装箱吊具;在堆垛集装箱时,利用导板辅助着箱的工作原理,减少集装箱堆垛时产生的偏差。该创新设计在自动化集装箱堆场得到了广泛应用。

In order to realize the rapid and orderly stacking of containers in the container yard and reduce the deviation in container stacking,a stacking guidance mechanism is added at the left and right ends of the container spreader to form a stacking guidance container spreader;when stacking containers,guide is used to assist the working principle of containers,so as to reduce the deviation generated during container stacking.The innovative design is widely used in the automated container yard.
