自动化双小车岸边集装箱起重机关键技术创新研究

Research on Key Technology Innovation of Automated Double-Trolley Quayside Container Crane

在阐述自动化双小车岸边集装箱起重机的设计理念、总体方案基础上,研发双“芯”门架小车总成、“正三角形+阻尼装置”的门架起升防摇系统和视频监控系统等关键技术,在提升单机作业效率、控制系统智能化和加强设备安全可靠性等方面实现技术升级。实践表明,该技术能够促进自动化双小车岸边集装箱起重机功能提升。

The design concept and overall scheme of the automated double-trolley quayside container crane are described in this paper.On this basis,key technologies such as the double“core”gantry trolley assembly,the gantry lifting anti sway system of“equilateral triangle+damping device”and the video monitoring system are developed.Technical upgrading is realized in aspects such as improving the efficiency of single machine operation,intelligentizing the control system and strengthening the safety and reliability of equipment.The practice shows that this technology promotes the renewal of the automated double trolley quayside container crane.
