摘要
码头堆场起重设备的自动化水平主要取决于其小车架的自动化程度。通过对多码头多厂商起重设备的调研分析,结合目前主流的技术方案,分析各硬件配套所实现的不同自动化功能,提出自动化小车架硬件配置优化和系统集成方案,可更好地进行技术融合。
The automation level of the lifting equipment in the wharf yard mainly depends on the automation level of its trolley frame.Through the investigation and analysis of lifting equipment from multiple terminals and manufacturers,combined with the current mainstream technical schemes,the different automation functions realized by various hardware matching are analyzed.Then the hardware configuration optimization and system integration scheme of the automatic trolley frame are proposed.Therefore,the technology integration can be better performed.
