A New Type of Gantry Crane Winding System

针对门式起重机传统四绳起升缠绕系统钢丝绳使用寿命偏短、机械防摇机构减摇同步性较差等问题,运用等效合力角设计方法,提出一种新型四绳缠绕系统。实际应用表明,该系统可全面提升钢丝绳的使用寿命和起升机构的防摇性能,具有推广应用价值。

Aiming at the problems of short service life of wire rope in traditional four rope hoisting winding system of gantry crane and poor synchronization of mechanical anti-swing mechanism,a new four rope winding system is proposed by using the design method of equivalent resultant angle.The practical application shows that the system can improve the service life of the wire rope and the anti-swing performance of the hoisting mechanism,and has the value of popularization and application.
